The Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg has a need to fill Part-Time facilities positions (1) one in our Food Court (1) one on our Maintenance staff. Evening and weekend availability required.

We are searching for individuals who are mechanically inclined, quick learners and have some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and commercial grade cleaning practices. One must be self-motivated, hardworking, and able to understand verbal and written instructions. Part–time positions may turn into full-time position including benefits for the right person.

Traits:

Previous light maintenance experience

Ability to lift/push/pull 40-60 pounds

Possess good time management and organizational skills

Enjoy working outdoors with an eye for detail

Desires the surroundings to be clean and orderly

Must be a punctual and reliable individual

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

You will be required to climb ladders, stretch, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
